Treating Doctors.: Sorry - this is definitely not a question that can be answered by an on-line physician who does not have indepth knowledge of your case. Both the psychiatrist and your cardiologist need to mindfully make this decision with your input due to possible risks involved.

The LAD is a very important artery and any LAD disease if of concern. Quantification of the narrowing must be performed by the cardiologist and if he/she feels that the use of the medication is safe, it should put your mind at ease. Hope it helps.
