A member asked:

Is it bad to pee 3 or more times a day even if you don't drink a lot of water?

No, it's normal: Your kidneys need to filter all the blood in your body and remove waste and make sure the right amount of salts and acids are retained or excreted. As long as you are not dehydrated and there is enough blood flowing to your kidneys, your kidneys will make urine. Your body gets fluids from everything you drink, not just water, and from "wet" foods like fruits, vegetables, and sauces.

Not bad: 3 - 4 urinations a day is within normal limits. Your urine is more concentrated if you drink less and more concentrated urine is more likely to trigger a desire to urinate. However it is healthier to drink more water, so please drink more.
