Do you eat late or snack before bed? Sometimes what people eat late can carry over to the next am and affect the bs. The other possibility is dawn phenomenon. Some people have higher morning blood sugars due to hormones which are highest in the am and they drive up the blood sugar also at that time. Talk to you doctor to see which is the problem and the appropriate treatment.
