Pressure : that part of the septum has a rich blood supply and bleeds easily with trauma (piercing). Try pressure by pinching nose as well as Afrin nasal spray. If it doesn't stop may need to go to the ER for potential cautery

Trauma?: I would see an ENT Surgeon to ensure proper wound care. In meantime do not poke or prod. Consider frequent nasal rinses with saline nasal spray to keep clean.
