my nasal septum has slow on and off bleeding for more then 40 days now and blood also comes from back of nose, what could this be,? thanks

Nose bleed: This is likely a small vessel of the anterior portion of the nose that is "fragile" and prone to bleeding. You may want to have it looked at and cauterized so it stops bleeding. This is an easy procedure that most physicians can do, but definitely any ENT doctor.
