The septum in my nose is bright red and painful. no trauma, bleeding or sores to the area. my face hurts, skin is dry as well as eyes and mouth. what can i do to make the pain and redness go away?

Dry skin: Are you talking about the skin IN the nose or on the outside between the nostrils as well as skin on the face? I would recommend trying vaseline or Eucerin Aquaphor for the dry skin.
