Can you tell me healthy meals for a college student?

Eat sensibly: Avoid eating too much of the very greasy, very salty, and very sugary stuff. Vary your diet to be sure you get adequate protein and nutrients. Try to exercise. There are no magic foods to help you learn -- engage with your subjects. Ignore all "pop" dietary advice. A vitamin-and-mineral supplement may be worthwhile and needn't be pricey.
