Food intake: University can be fun but you must change your eating habits. One meal a day is inadequate and you should really try breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Spread out your food intake over these times. If you are indeed losing weight you should slightly increase the size of your meals. Improvement won't happen overnight but you will come to appreciate the benefit.
