Simple: Simple body weight exercises to do at home include: push ups, dips using a chair, running to the local park and doing pull ups there, body weight squats and lunges, "burpees", etc. There are quite a lot you can do at home without equipment. As always, consult your regular physician before embarking on any exercise program.
