Depends: Depends on the changes you are looking for. See a rhinoplasty surgeon to discuss what you want and they may be able to do computer imaging to give you an idea of projected outcome. The doctor will also discuss risks and benefits of surgery.

Ethnic rhinoplasty: Once you have chosen a surgeon, you can go over your surgical goals together. It takes at least a year to recover from rhinoplasty and if your skin is thicker, it can take longer. Hopefully, your expectations will be met by good presurgical planning and communication.

Depends: Depends on the ethnic background. These cases may be more complex. Your best bet is to see a board certified facial plastic surgeon.
