Unlikely: Medicare does not prequalify surgery, so most surgeons would require you pay ahead. Medicare would then only approve payment after if you had trauma that resulted in a nasal fracture that misshaped your nose and effected your breathing. Even then they would only pay to straighten it, not provide cosmetic changes.

Medicare rhinoplasty: A rhinoplasty is probably jot going to be covered. However, if you have other nasal issues like a deviated septum, perhaps that will be covered by your plan.
