Rhinoplasty surgery: Dear lioron6, yes, a rhinoplasty can fix a beaked nose. We would remove the cartilage from the top of the nose to fix this with excellent results. Find a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty and go to a couple of consultation to get all of your questions answered. Best, nima shemirani.
