Proper diet: Eat from all food groups, eat a variety of foods, and colors. Eat in moderation and have healthy fats and oils. Eat fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds, chicken, meat and fish, and dairy products such as eggs. Have unsaturated fats such as olive oil, and canola oil and try to avoid fats that are from animals and solids at room temperature.
