Healthy weight loss: Best way to lose weight is not to follow a specific diet, but to just eat healthier and less. Try more fruits and vegetables, less fats and carbohydrates. Also important to exercise regularly, 30 minutes a day of brisk walking, biking, swimming. Toxins are not the problem, it's what you eat and whether you exercise. Good luck!
