Someone you trust: It need not be your parents that you talk to. You might be correct to be afraid of their reaction. But if you let you mind call up an image of someone you've trusted - even if it's a coach, a teacher, a clergyperson, a dr., a neighbor or friend's parent. Someone kind who'll care - they'll help you find the best next step. It's important. Also, it's good you say 'thoughts' - not plans. Find help!
