Im 37 weeks pregnant and are getting really bad migraines? what should i do? they put me in tears.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Migraines: If you have a history of migraines, then we only need to worry about relieving the pain. If these are brand new headaches then you should be checked for headache causes other than migraine. You will need to see your md. An acute, severe untreated migraine will often require narcotic shots (which are ok in pregnancy). If beginning a migraine do not wait for it to get bad- take pain med immediately.
