I'm 37 weeks pregnant as of monday and the last few days i've had a migraine and now am really nauseous...could this be a sign labor is coming?

A migraine can also cause the same symptoms, but would have to be a diagnosis of exclusion so close to your due date. Normal labor does not typically start this way..
