What can my pregnant wife take for bad migraine, panado is not helping at all?

Ask her Doctor: Medication is limited during Pregnancy, so you will have to ask her Doctor. However, migraines may be telling you that the blood vessels in the brain are not supplying enough blood to the brain. Inflamed vessels swell on the inside of the vessel and not on the outside thus narrowing the opening so the amount of blood going through is a less amount. Anti-inflammatory Medication help.
