Please call your OB : Asap as you need evaluation to make sure you are not developing pre-eclampsia with elevated blood pressure as that needs evaluation as soon as possible and if it is not that your OB can get a neurology consult so either way please call now.

Depends: If you have elevated blood pressure or protein in your urine or other signs of pre-eclampsia (toxemia) this could be a sign of a very serious illness. You need to go to see your doctor today! this can be a life threatening condition for mom and baby if that's what's going on!
