No interaction: You can take Cymbalta (duloxetine) and quercetin at the same time. It's not an MAO interaction. Cymbalta (duloxetine) is not an MAO anyway. And quercetin is a flavonol belonging to the class of flavonoids -- it's found in many plant-based foods, like red wine, onions, green tea, apples, berries, and vegetables in the broccoli family.

Quercetin: Not MAO interaction, but interaction through liver enzymes, leading to higher levels of the medication due to decrease breaking down of the medication by the liver. Talk to your doctor first.
