Cymbalta (duloxetine): Some sedation is expected at higher dosage. Best to take main dose in evening.

In AM: Each individual responds differently to each antidepressant. Cymbalta (duloxetine) should be taken in the am, however if it makes you tired you can take it in the pm (afternoon or night).

Again the dosing depends on your side efts to the med regimen: nausea, diarrhea, decreased appetite, sedation, increased bp, sweating, sexual dysfunction.
