UTI or IgA neph.: It could be as simple as a cystitis and UTI if you have any symptom of burning, frequency, urgency with urination or a variety of kidney and systemic disease which need a complete blood and urine work up. Leukocyte and bacteria in ua means UTI but protein in urine means kidney disease. If urine cx is negative and there is no protein consider IgA nephropathy. Also do test for lupus.(sle).
