Thanks for asking!: Visible or microscopic blood in the urine (hematuria) common with utis. If blood present in the urine in the absence of a uti, further evaluation may be needed such as a cystoscopy (exam of the bladder performed by a urologist). The finding of epithelial cells on urinalysis is normal and just represents a normal shedding of cells from the urinary tract and/or vaginal area.

May be nothing?: I shall explain in a nut shell: you may be suffering from recurrent urinary infections and that will show the blood. Or you may have microscopic blood in the urine without uti- about 10% of normal population has this problem, it is called idiopathic hematuria and is of no consequence once the test are negative. You had ultrasound, fish test and cystoscope to complete the tests are suggested.
