Get checked,,,: There could be several reasons for this. It could be from many bouts of infection or it could be from stones or it can be a defect in the ureter-bladder valve causing chronic reflux. It's best to go to your doctor and get more tests like an intravenous pyelogram to scan the urinary tract and a urinalysis to check the urine due to the blood and stones. Best of luck.
