Need scoped: H pylori is an organism found in about 1/2 the world population. The medical field sees an overgrowth in h pylori with many people with ulcers. Your symptoms suggest more esophageal issue and are best diagnosed by endoscopy 9doc seeing through fiber-optic instrument).This needs to be checked out!
