My ncv reports suggest that i have mild distal motor axonal peroneal neuropathy in right limb eventhough i feel symptoms of tingling in my left leg as well, usually these gets worse during night. does this even get cured or i have to live with it now?

There are many causes of axonal neuropathy, and your pattern might suggest a mono-neuritis multiplex. Since you provide a minimal amount of information, it is not feasible to comment on future prognosis.
