Diet and exercise: It's definitely important to engage in diet and exercise regularly. Take it easy and start slowly. Eat three healthy main meals( breakfast is crucial)and a healthy snack in between. Lower your sugar intake as well as soda. More water as well. Start exercise slowly, 15 mins every other day so you make your goal at least 30-45 mins most days of the week. A consult with a dietitian will help.
