Why do i feel like i'm about to loose control of my body and tightness in my forehead when i laugh too hard? could it be a anxious panic reaction?

Could be anxiety: Healthy laughter is a response that generally releases stress. Often we do it when we see ourselves in someone else's situation -- hence the popularity of sit-com tv shows. This kind of laughter engages us with others in our mutual human predicament. We do loosen up when laughing, and if anxious about this you could fear "laughing too hard." a therapist could help you with these concerns.
