Not knowing: Your height and weight makes it difficult to advise, but one suggestion is that by doing only weight training you may be gaining more muscle mass which will increase your weight. 1000-1200kcal/day with vigorous aerobic exercise for at least an hour three times per week should result in weight loss though.
