Which is worse to go through physical pain or emotional pain from a doctors p.o.v?

NoWay to Distinguish: As integrated creatures: soul↔mind↔brain↔body, there is no clear distinction, too many unknown variables from person to person ; event to event plus no human, no matter their degree: md, do, phd, etc, can feel anyone else's pain. All another person can do is possibly empathize, condemn or sadly, at times, seem to take pleasure in the pain of others.
