Yes: You can start with whoever you feel most comfortable with. It will still be a good idea to see your primary care doctor also, though, for a general health evaluation to see how this may be affecting your emotions. Some medicines could be suggested, but please know that the best results come with good talk therapy also -- not just taking medicines with no discussion of what is bothering you.
