Anxiety: Would be interested to know why anxious just at night? And why not able to go to the doc? If possible would recommend eval with mental heal specialist, possibly even by health tap. Some suggestions include self help books for anxiety such as "the anxiety and worry workbook" by David Clark and Aaron Beck - based on cognitive behavioral therapy. Also consider meditation or progressive relaxation.
