Trigeminal neuraglia: You have what we call trigeminal neuraglia (tn) have you tried taking Neurontin (gabapentin) 300mg or discussing other treatment i.E complementary alternatives medicines , (cam) with your neurologist . I know tn management is not an easy task.

See Prosthodontist: See the Prosthodontist and likely the Oral Surgeon. The inferior alveolar nerve bundle may no longer be covered in bone. Alteration of denture, repositioning of nerve, implants may all be topics of discussion. Need panoramic and 3D imaging to fully assess the anatomy. Good Luck.
