Transab ultrasound13mm uterine stripe, endometrial hyperplasia. i'm 36. always had normal cycles, 2 months had heavier bleeding for first 2 days but normal cycle again. do i need to do anything?

Unremarkable: A 13 mm endometrial stripe on ultrasound is a normal finding in a pre-menopausal female and not indicative of endometrial hyperplasia. If you continue to have irregular bleeding, seek the advice of your gyn for further dianostic and treatment options.
