Growth: Your pediatrician should be tracking her growth on a growth chart- the exact number doesn't matter its the trajectory.

Weight is 25th %ile,: in the normal range. Review her growth chart with her pediatrician to know if her velocity of growth in length, weight & head circumference & her weight-for-length are okay. Hb E-Beta Thalassemia symptom severity can vary widely. I hope she gets a Complete Blood Count at 6-9 mos., sees a pediatric hematologist regularly & a geneticist who can do further tests to help you know what to expect.
