Weight is individual: Everyone has a different built and their weight is appropriate for their bodies. You need to take into account the height as well. The "standard" for americans is 100 lbs for 5 feet plus 6 pounds per inch for a female. So if one is 5'3" the it would be 100 lbs + (3x6) = 118 lbs.
