Diets: Depends on purpose of the diet. If to help lower blood sugars it will differ from those to provide increased levels of vitamins or to lower cholesterol and other fats or to correct iron deficiency, etc. If you are trying to lose weight eat 3 meals a day leaving table satisfied but not stuffed, eliminate all empty calories, snacks and sugary soft drinks, minimize alcohol and exercise regularly.
