High vegetable: If you eat over 50% of your diet as low carb vegetables, you will feel full and won't have room for junk food in your stomach. Never skip a meal, keep your blood sugar stable, avoid white foods that are high in starch, such as pasta, bread, white rice, sugar, etc.
