H pylori: Helicobacter pylori is a bacteria. If it was detected on your endoscopy then it has to be eradicated to prevent future problems. It is listed by the who as a risk factor associated with gastric cancer. So ask your doctor to treat it with two antibiotics for 10-14 days.
