Trust in doc: If you had similar symptoms of dizziness ; chest pressure, ; for that reason a holter was obtained ; found to be normal then, it sounds like the same picture could be present. So, if the doctor feels that you are ok despite the reported heart rate change i would tend to just observe things. However, you may also feel more comfortable seeking another doctor's opinion and get another examination.
