very sore chest feels like a bruise.not my heart area my whole upper chest,&whole upper back. no sharp pain just a bruising feeling?

Chest wall pain: At your age you likely have costochondritis. This is a irritation that develops between you ribs and sternum. Try antii inflammatory.
