Yes : I do not like to take it easy when i hear about a fussy baby . Yes you should be worried and should be taken to er for evaluation.

M.D. follow up.: Infants who are premature are more prone to respiratory distress if they catch a cold. If she is fussy it could indicate a number of conditions, including hunger, infection, reflux. I would advise having her checked by her physician. She will have her oxygen saturation test done at the office.
