Possible dehydration: She needs to drink. Sips of pedialyte if possible. If she hasn't urinated in more than 12 hours, she should be seen by her doctor. If she isn't drinking, seems too sleepy, or is vomiting, she should be seen.

Dehydrated: Recommend that you see your pediatrician as the fever is persisting for awhile and decreased urine output is a sign of dehydration. An exam will help further determine the cause of the fever and the severity of dehydration.
