Consider Ted Hose: Consider ted hose, which help to compress the legs and push the blood back to your heart. Make sure you have good pulses, just behind the inside of you ankles, or on top of the foot, to make sure there is not problem with blood flow to the feet. During showering, lifting your legs 2-3x/every couple minutes, will help your muscles push the blood back to the heart. Discuss with your doctor first.
