Most likely: Given your age, gender and level of fitness, the most likely cause is "musculoskeletal", that is related to the tendons, bones and muscles in your body; rather than your heart itself. This is especially suggested by the pain being present with lifting weights "isometric", which usually doesn't strain the heart itself. Visit your doctor, to screen for more serious, but unusual causes.
