Your pain suggests a musculoskeletal source that will be consistent with weight gain and extra load. Cancer cannot be ruled out as any other possible visceral cause for the pain, it is just unlikely specifically in the presence of weight gain, losing weight is common in cancers.

Cancer is unlikely. Regular aerobic exercise is a good remedy for musculoskeletal pain. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
