Probably not: There are many famous athletes who historically have done push-ups in their daily routine, including hershel walker and tim tebow ( who would do as many as 400 in a day). Some would argue, however, that a muscle group needs about 48 hours to fully recover to maximize training gains. You may have to try it and see. Thank you.
