Shaky hands: It depends how shaky they are; general surgeons can shake more than brain or eye surgeons; many times shaking is congenital but can also be from thyroid disease - before you make any life choices see your doctor or a neurologist and get checked out.

Possibly: It depends on why your hands are shaky. Do you get nervous or have trouble focusing? Many people have shaky hands but are able to combat this with meditation and calming techniques. Surgeons know how to brace their hands in the operating room which is a learned skill. I feel you can absolutely overcome shaky hands with relaxation techniques. Do your best and pursue your goals to the fullest.
