Multiple causes: A chronic cough is generally defined as lasting more than 8 weeks. If all testing is negative it may be beneficial to see a lung doctor. If you have allergies it may be beneficial to try a non-sedating anti-histamine. If you ever have wheezing, asthma could certainly be causing your cough. Lastly, Lisinopril is notorious for causing cough, ask your physician about stopping this medication.
