Bad on and off cough, speciall at night and early mornings, end up vomiting, took augumentin,chest xray was normal, blood test was normal. what can be causing it?

Pertussis: My best 'guess' would be pertussis or 'whooping cough' which is classically associated with vomiting after coughing. Coughs from this illness can be spasmodic and can last for weeks. Given your tests are reassuring, I think dealing with symptoms is the best treatment: Try regulating what you eat at when-- cough is worse at night. Try anti-cough medicines. Ginger tea might help too. See a doc also.
